What exactly is a business OS?
One system built around how your business actually works: your calls, messages, bookings, customers, jobs, invoices, staff and reports, with AI assistants doing the routine work and checking with you before anything important goes out. You run it from your phone, a computer or both.
Do I have to replace the software I already use?
Usually not. We connect what's working (for example Xero, your till, your booking system or Shopify) and only replace what's slowing you down. Your proposal says exactly what stays and what changes.
Who owns the system?
You do, once it's paid for. Code goes into a repository in your name, accounts are opened in your name, and every login and document is handed over. Our reusable building blocks are licensed to you permanently.
What if an assistant gets something wrong?
AI can make mistakes, so we design for it. Anything that spends money, makes a promise or goes public can need your approval first. Every action is logged, there's a kill switch for each assistant, and we tune it during the support period after go-live.
Can my team change things without calling you?
Yes, that's the point of the training. Your team learns to update prices, opening hours, replies and simple automations themselves. Bigger changes are easy to buy as support hours or a training day when you need them.
