After a free call you get a written proposal with a fixed price. You sign a mutual NDA and our Build & Care Agreement online, then pay the deposit to book your build. The balance is due when we've installed everything, trained your team and you've signed the handover checklist.

Yes. For multi-site businesses and larger teams we start with a paid Blueprint, run a pilot at one site, then roll out with training at every location. Prices start from £49,995 and are quoted after the Blueprint.
Yes. Many businesses start with one assistant or Core OS and add parts later. What you've already paid for is built to be extended, and new parts are quoted at a fixed price.
The balance is only due when you've signed the handover checklist. If something on it isn't working as agreed, we fix it first.
