Not to us, unless you choose a care plan. You pay once for the build. Running costs such as phone minutes, AI usage, hosting and software subscriptions are set up in your name and paid directly to those providers. We list them in your proposal before you sign.

After a free call you get a written proposal with a fixed price. You sign a mutual NDA and our Build & Care Agreement online, then pay the deposit to book your build. The balance is due when we've installed everything, trained your team and you've signed the handover checklist.

You do, once it's paid for. Code goes into a repository in your name, accounts are opened in your name, and every login and document is handed over. Our reusable building blocks are licensed to you permanently.

AI can make mistakes, so we design for it. Anything that spends money, makes a promise or goes public can need your approval first. Every action is logged, there's a kill switch for each assistant, and we tune it during the support period after go-live.

Yes, that's the point of the training. Your team learns to update prices, opening hours, replies and simple automations themselves. Bigger changes are easy to buy as support hours or a training day when you need them.

In your own accounts with reputable providers, with UK or EU hosting where the service offers it. We sign a data processing agreement with every client and only access your systems for the work you've asked for.

Yes. For multi-site businesses and larger teams we start with a paid Blueprint, run a pilot at one site, then roll out with training at every location. Prices start from £49,995 and are quoted after the Blueprint.

No. We build it, set it up and train you in plain English. If you can use WhatsApp, you can run your EveryCode system.

We work across the UK and come to your premises for the install and training. The Blueprint and check-ins can be done remotely.
